Does anyone know the appeal process? Got to prepare for that

I’m hoping this years acceptances and rejections will clear up the whole URSA thing for future transfers.

This has been adding too much stress to me personally haha.

I just woke up, thankfully. I’m about to sit in front of a tv for a couple hours and then decide if I want to go to micro lab. Ehh

@ella89 - i think you are going to be fine, especially since you can see the F/A -

Has anyone called admissions and asked if its today? im surprised no one has reported a call et.

I think for the appeal you basically write to them with new info that you didn’t have before and telling them why they should reconsider you. I think you can submit letters of rec too but I am not sure

[Appeals - Transfer Applicants - UCLA Undergraduate Admissions](http://www.admissions.ucla.edu/appealstr.htm)

Hmm… I could’ve sworn that as little as a few days ago, the appeal site showed that you could submit a maximum of two letters of recommendation. I’m preparing to appeal in case I get rejected so I was talking to my close professors about it. I guess they changed it.

You call, they just opened. Calling wouldn’t help my rejection mourning process.

Yeah I thought you could submit letters of rec too! That’s weird

are decisions coming out at 5pm today?

Could this be a possible explanation?

I havent made my corrections on my Fafsa yet. (the website is only sending error messages for whatever reason).

Could this be why i dont see anything on my FA/Doc tracking?

or is that completely irrelevant

You def could submit two. I didn’t read that link cuz I’m lazy. It said no more letters of rec? I was planning on having on my adcom friend write mine:(

i’m so close to having a panic attack… i want to cry so badly. do they make ucla vibrators?

^ ^ It used to say that the appeal can be mailed in, but now it’s saying it has to be submitted online. No letters of recommendations.

I think they changed it because they want to rely solely on new information about the student, like grades they have received since application.

omg riteofspring!!! LOL I CANT STOP LAUGHING AT THE VIDEO

No ella I am sure you will get in so don’t think about letters of appeal yet!
although they say “hope for the best but prepare for the worst” lol too bad I haven’t prepared for the worst :/

YOU GUYS I just tried signing on to ursa and it prompted me to make a UCLA student email!!! DOes anyone else see this?

@Liz-hmmm let’s look into it! We should see if theirs a UCLA rabbit, thatd help with the stress forsureeeee

The UCLA rabbit vibrates to the rhythm of the UCLA fight song or so I’ve heard

@Biz… hahaha or we can become entrepreneurs and become filthy riiiich and buy our way into ucla.

would the ucla rabbit be blue and gold instead of the traditional pink?
