<p>Our daughter received the letter today stating that she is a US Presidential Scholar from our state. Her name is also on the scholar list. I guess the letter from the Governor was an indication (early news), we just didn’t know it. Congratulation to all of the candidates, semifinalists, and scholars. Her trip to DC is paid for, but the parents will have to pay out of pocket. She will have a good time, I know it.</p>
