Ahh, congratulations @skrrrtskrrrrttt!! Great stats!! I guess Marshall people are starting to hear now. Now to wait for Annenberg…

@jae2017 haha thanks! good luck!!!

@skrrrtskrrrrttt how did you hear? portal? mail? what is the date on the letter? and congratz!!!

@dogsAREsocool199 incoming junior and he’s taking calculus 2 right now which is a prereq for marshall

I’m not sure that I expected to hear anything in April, but it definitely seems as though a larger cluster of Marshall applicants received some form of decision at the end of April last year

@penntousc correct! most of them are this week or next week.

@pomeranian4rich that’s what I’m hoping, feels like it’s been so long already lol

Is Annenberg really not until May?

Jumping on this thread as a prospective physics major from an out-of-state CC. Congrats to everyone who’s been accepted!

@jae2017 yeah, but it’s not like it’s a long way from now… April 28th lol

Through the mail, no update on portal yet.

@skrrrtskrrrrttt Where do you live? What’s the date on the letter?

free feel to post your stats here for future applicants to see: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/university-southern-california/1978775-usc-fall-2017-transfer-students-stats-decisions-only-p1.html?new=1

@pomeranian4rich North of LA County, date is 4/27

@pomeranian4rich are you sure calc 2 is a prereq for Marshall? I thought it was just up to calc 1

@uscdream19 it depends, some people have to take both, some have to take only calc 1. I know that a bunch of CCC applicants needed to take 1 and 2, however, I go to an OOS CC and my school’s calc 1 class is a direct equivalent to USC’s calc 1 class, so I didn’t need 2.

@uscdream19 usc requires some schools to have calculus 2. usc specifically requires my community college to have calculus 2 or business calculus completed. I went with the regular calculus route because I’m applying to UC for backup

@pomeranian4rich I called and it turned out they requested an SGR from me. Admissions told me I have to email my admission counselor to clear it up, I kept the email concise but I’m hoping it doesn’t delay my decision. Did your counselor quickly respond to your emails?

@skrrrtskrrrrttt who is your admissions counselor?

@dvalenc7 Oh, that’s interesting! the system is pretty messed up lol. My counselor usually responds a few days after emailing her, and she’s probably bombarded with lots of email right now lol
