Doesn’t it seem like most applicants who recieved packages live in LA or Cali in general? No Viterbi applicants from Florida I imagine? :))
@transfer201517 I went through it last year as a freshman applicant, and I’m sure it’s the same as a transfer. Basically they have you write a letter explaining why you think they should review your application again, and within that you can give them an explanation for any bad grades you may have gotten, or just highlight some of your achievements that may not have been on your application. Then you upload the letter to your portal, and about a month later, they emailed everyone who appealed and gave them their final admissions decision.

@USCorBerk If you’re getting the emails, you can click on the “Go to your Informed Delivery Mailbox”, sign in, and on the top bar, there’s a tab that says “Package Preferences”. Then you can set your preferences for email or text notification!

I just recently got admitted and what are the chances of getting housing??? Right now Im in the middle of my housing app and do you need a roommate to choose room assignments? Is housing completely full bc i really need to live on or near campus next year TY

@CPPSebas Im a sophomore applicant with a 3.85 GPA. I got an A in both Calc 1 and Calc 2 and A- in Physics w/ Calc 1. Also a B+ in the Lab. I didn’t have to take chemistry first semester because of IB credit. What are ur stats?
I already have my fall classes picked out, just in case. 
if we got our package today, we can’t really do anything as far as pay the deposit and do the housing app until our portal gets updated?
@uscdream19 i was admitted May 16th; 3 days later my financial aid award summary was available on the portal.
