I have Rakin Hall as my admissions counselor. I sent my transcripts via Rush Mail through student clearing house and it said that it was sent out June 14th. On the portal, however, it still says that they haven’t been received. I emailed my counselor as well but have received no response 
I’m a little worried because the deadline to submit spring grades is coming up and I don’t want it to be missed.
@OhBeJuan honestly bro, pray for the best and expect the worse. he’s very picky and difficult to get into contact with. you’re better off calling Admissions to see if they received it.

If ppl get rejected do they still mail out those letters or only on portal?

@OhBeJuan I would also recommend calling the admissions office. USC isn’t terribly busy during the summer and it is their job to answer calls after all 
If you’re worried about them receiving your grades, it’s always nice to just double check by calling. I actually remember that the financial aid office forgot about me last summer. I went into the office and was told that for whatever reason, they randomly stopped processing my application (there was no indication of that on my portal), so sometimes you do actually have to bug them in case they “forget” about you.
