<p>Yeah its really mixed. One of my friends with a 1940 got in, 100 points lower than me. But my grades went from all As freshman and sophomore to straight bs junior year- I got really lazy and unmotivated. Anyways ucla only looks at sophomore and junior year and they dont take reccomendations and I know my essays sucked.
I think all my private school apps were aloooot better. I spent more time on my essays, theres teacher recomendations, and I was able to report my senior grades which were back up to all As
So basically, I wasnt surprised to be rejected</p>
<p>Hey guys. I’m a current Lehigh freshman and my friend has a work study job in admissions. She said they finalized all the letters today and they will be mailed out Friday (as in March 23). Not sure when it will be up on the portal; I remember when I was accepted last year it showed up on the portal a few days before the mail. But I just thought I’d let you know what I heard.</p>

<p>I’d say your chances are alright. Decent stats but connections can certainly help. Your biggest problem is that you’re from New Jersey. I’ve gotten the impression that Lehigh is trying to escape the NJ stereotype</p>

<p>Do all decision envelopes look the same? Or are acceptances in large, fancy ones and rejections in samll plain ones? Does anyone know?</p>
<p>My acceptance letter came in a small regular envelope but that might have been because it was an early letter. They said this week they’d be sending me my full acceptance package with all the housing info and financial aid</p>

<p>I’m not sure if they will be released monday, but from what I heard good chance that it is Monday. It should be up by 5 at the latest because the admissions office closes around then.</p>
<p>The letter most likely will be a small envelope with just 2 or 3 papers. That’s what they have been for the past few years and that’s what they were for ED1 and ED2 this year. </p>
