<p>Ok, I am logging back in, to comment for only a second time. I am a parent, of a student with stats worthy of Lehigh and he was accepted to all places applied to (not IVY), with very nice scholarship packages … EXCEPT for the one that we thought would be the least selective so he was put on the wait list with that school. (Now he thinks it’s his favorite!)</p>
<p>I only want to be here to say that we are hearing that only 30% of applicants are being accepted, at Lehigh, and I am happy that I am the person on here, and not my son, who is out snowboarding, because I think he feels his chances are less than 50% …true. Please remember that not getting into what you think NOW is your school of choice, if that is what happens, only means that you are going to pick a different “school of choice” and even though it might seem like the end of your world at the moment, you will probably look back some day and realize your new “school of choice” was meant to be! Sorry, but I’ve lived long enough to see this is true…so regardless, after hearing of your “yea” or “nae” be sure to hang with those you like best…even if its Fido :)</p>
