<p>Highly unlikely, actstudent. The Explore interviews for Presidential Scholars is just concluding and each School will make their final decisions after all interviews are done. There is always the chance that decisions will be mailed at a different time than previous years, but the SC Portal is not reliable at all in terms of predictions. The messages are preset and the updates get triggered by many minor clerical actions on one’s file. The message you quote above is standard for decisions of admissions and there is no precedent from the past that a new message is generated when scholarship decisions are mailed. In any event, in past years the scholarship decisions were mailed around March 20th–so that’s pretty darn soon. Best of luck to all.</p>
