Side note, this admission process is so interesting to study. You have Cornell people going for the Pin Trick, USC trying a housing trick, and the list goes on. It’s just so fascinating I think the lengths we try to go for just to get an idea. Food for thought.
I also got a winter grade request. Did more people hear back today? What does this mean? here are my stats

@sagaciousforever I believe you mentioned you were non ttp, but did you ever get your SGR or WGR. I’m sure you mentioned it but I can’t remember. I know you submitted your grades to expedite the process along
@CookieMnstr I am a non-ttp junior Marshall applicant from Pepperdine University. I have not received an SGR yet but I did mention that submitting unofficial transcript on portal will expedite the decision process if you get an SGR.
to the people that sent their winter grades without being asked to do so, does it show on your checklist? i took a winter class and sent the official transcript through my cc. It never showed up on the checklist tho
@Rosekk I am an Annenberg applicant as well. Seems as though none of us have heard anything yet…not even SGR requests. Unless I’m wrong? Someone correct me if they’re an Annenberg applicant who has received one because from what I know, nobody has heard anything yet. I have a friend who is at USC who has Annenberg transfer friends and they mentioned to me Annenberg takes AWHILE to hear back from. Hoping that’s not the case this year.
@tommy9998 I’m pretty sure it will just be showing up with your actual transcript then if there was no WGR request. It will say “received” for just your regular transcript. That’s what mine showed and they confirmed they got it when I emailed them. If there was a WGR request, then I have no idea what it will show.
Does anyone know if sending a mid-term report (a form from Common App with your professors’ signatures with your current grade in the course) helps?
I’m a sophomore Marshall applicant, with a 4.0 from a California CC and got a SGR on Tuesday. I just uploaded the mid-term report on my portal because my spring sem only ends in June and the wait is going to be brutal.
