There are several of us that received their acceptance on the 17th and still haven’t received a package. They must be really backed up. Hopefully it comes soon.

Update from admissions- I called today regarding something on my common app (I’m an SCA applicant who hasn’t heard back yet) and both places said my application was still in review and that a decision has yet to be attached to it. For anyone waiting on SCA, this could be a good thing and meaning that they just haven’t finished reviewing all applications yet! (But they also could have just been saying that as protocol and I’ve been rejected but it hasn’t been released yet? really hoping that’s not the case haha).
Both the general application to USC and my slideroom application are under review still.

to everyone who hasn’t had the best news, I’m so sorry, I got some bad news from the second school I applied to last week and it’s been absolutely awful. This does not define anyone and we will all still get to where we need to go!

Do you guys know if the portal is suppose to let me know what classes ended up transferring ? I’m on Oasis and don’t understand shiznit. Also, when can I see the dam aid package? Has anyone gotten an estimated aid package ?
@sodafruit1 Click on “Course Transfer” at the top of the Oasis portal. There you will see the link for the Transfer Credit Report. It may or may not be finished though depending on when you were accepted. It took about 2-3 weeks for mine to come in (was accepted May 1st). Financial aid takes about a week to come in after all requested documents are received.
So I have all my grades except one, which I know my grade for, it’s just not showing up on the portal to process a transcript. Should I just reach out to my admissions counselor anyway or wait until it shows up? I’m getting kind antsy to submit this SGR lol.
what are the good off campus housing options? anyone know?
@vegastransfer @sodafruit1 Hey I got accepted on the 17th and I cannot find my “10-digit USC ID number (from your USCard)” do I get that once i commit to the school or once I get my acceptance package? Also what is Oasis and why is it important? Thank you so much!

@FlashyT Yes, USC and other universities accept appeals…
@mrchicken1999 I think the ID number can be found in the top right corner by your name on the FA page for USC. If I’m thinking correctly. Go to your application then click to view financial aid and it will be by your name. I’m not sure if the FA ID and USC ID are the exact same though.
Can anyone confirm this? I don’t want to give the wrong information if I’m wrong.
