I just submitted my spring grades after getting a SGR and now on my portal where it used to say “awaiting” SGR, it just doesn’t even show the SGR anymore
Is this normal?
@Brendyb10 When I was rejected, it was after an SGR, so it wasn’t really during a wave of other decisions. Also, I found out shortly after 12AM. I noticed a rejection PDF on my portal. This was such a long time ago though when the portal was known by another name (USConnect). Rejections do get mixed in with regular batches of decisions, but as CADREAMIN has pointed out, they like to do a bulk of the rejections on a specific day.

Haven’t heard back yet – Dornsife
Rejections will come out at the same time, you will know when they happen. No one has been rejected yet. My guess is this afternoon or tomorrow. They have always been a week ahead of the 31st, so definitely later this year, but they will do a single rejection drop. I can’t imagine waiting till the last day, if for nothing else, technical reasons not to.
Just to clarify some sketchy info that was put out earlier - they accept both fall and spring all summer long. It is not a date thing, it is a spot becoming available in a certain school. So you will see people accepted for both fall and spring even in July, based on major most of all - not gpa, scores or when you sent an SGR - it’s about space management.
@CADREAMIN Ah thanks for clarifying if anyone had been rejected already. I thought you said some people already got rejected a while back. My bad ahah.
Oh no problem, there is a lot of info out there - it get’s confusing! 48 hours and counting - at least you will know something…hopefully!

Something’s gotta drop with those in particular. But there are acceptances across the majors into mid-July for you SGR folks - ahhhhh it’s too much waiting!

However, I submitted my updated transcripts on May 1st
Assume nothing - they still even send out SGRs on May 31st!
I don’t feel like any school has all acceptances out. Dornsife is huge. I don’t feel like there has been enough, there will be more.
It’s just Viterbi has been noticeably absent. And Annenberg didn’t include enough different majors, just like Dornsife.

im an annenberg applicant comm major, kinda bummed since im not sure what an SGR will mean for me in terms of a decision.

I got hit with a request for a TON of stuff - both tax and some other odd financial stuff?
Does this mean anything in regards to a scholarship? I already sent a ton of paperwork before getting accepted and now even more is being requested.
