@stellasonoma yes, the decision appears on your applicant portal. the FAST portal is the link that is usually in the right corner of the applicant portal that allows you to view your financial aid report

My FAST is gone too, not sure what that means.
This whole experience has been horrible and has really is a big let down in terms of my view of USC’s professionalism. Not hearing ANYTHING for months now is ridiculous especially considering students like myself who have to possibly prepare for an out of state offer from other universities.
