So i sent in my winter grades about two weeks ago and it still says “awaiting”. I tried calling admissions and they said its normal and to hive it some time but if decisions are coming out soon, will I be rejected for not having the materials submitted? Im freakingggg out
Hi did you apply for FA or not? I did not do I don’t know if my FA website crush does that mean my decision is coming out as well
One sign that USC is going to post decisions is that usually the day before USC’s instagram has stories from students. For example, the day before the last TTP wave of decisions, a student who was admitted as a sophomore the year before was talking all about himself and transferring in as a sophomore. So keep check of that too! Fight on!
As I’ve said before, if your FA portal breaks one day, it may mean that a decision is arriving soon. Happened to me and I got my acceptance the next day
@jj1999 I was wondering if you were asked for any additional FA docs prior to your acceptance or does ur FA portal still show as under review. Any info helps.
@CookieMnstr Them asking for docs doesnt have anything to do with acceptance
I get that, I was just curious.
Hopefully, we can hear back by the end of today… the waiting takes forever.
But I did not apply for FA. If so does that work for me?
Several people apply to USC without applying for FA. It shouldn’t affect your chances in any way
What is the exact time of day when they release the decision?
@kcasssuu good question
Have any Annenberg students been accepted? I know they usually hear back that latest but I was wondering if even some TTP students have heard from Annenberg?
hi, i have two questions. I just got an SGR and i just want to confirm that I have to wait till the end of the semester to send in my FINAL grades correct? and I dropped one of my classes so do I just email my admissions counselor to update my application? or should I do something else/more?
Sorry, Im pretty sure these have been asked but im too lazy to scroll back lol. thank you
@ramblebrisket correct. and yes i would email your counselor.
@zettasyntax do you mind me asking what your income or what your parents income was. As a junior transfer would I still be using my parents income? I would love to transfer to USC but am scared it will be too much.
@tmsavage I never said that you must have a 3.7 or higher. I only said “As long as you have good essays, decent recommendation letters, and a grade higher than 3.7, you will be fine and have a fair shot”, meaning that 3.7 or higher will be more competitive.
fair shot=high chance
You misinterpreted me.
I just checked the portal and there is no decision or SGR yet.
My financial aid page isn’t down…is anyone still experiencing this?
@sbequ19 Mine is not down too (I did not apply for financial aid).
