wishing everyone luck <3 id love to be a trojan with u all :c
I just went through last year’s USC Transfer thread, and there was a wave of acceptances for all majors. like about 10-15 people.
So this time last year they had two days in a row of acceptance waves?
@Liliana13 Yep. Though things might be different this year.
anyone know the acceptance rate for transfer students?
hahaha wouldn’t it be funny if they went ahead and put the decisions in thus removing the withdraw, but have it set to release sunday
@grapesoda Last cycle, 9602 people applied and 2219 were accepted, giving an acceptance rate of 23%.
last year, they admitted 2,219 students and yielded 1,382, so if there are ~300 in the fb group, perhaps this won’t be a primarily rejection wave?

oh wow that is lesss than i had thought.
I was thinking the same thing last year they admitted 2330 students or so. Saw a small fraction of that on Facebook.
Dornsife has lots of majors but only parts of majors released their decisions yesterday. I’m gonna say it is more likely to have more people admitted today rather than rejected.
I have a Y last name and both my withdrawal button and the covid box disappeared
OMG mine disappear as well. Wishing everyone luck today!
who here that isn’t SGR still has a withdraw button?
my withdraw and upload button just went away !!
I’m getting acceptance vibes today tbh. Just like some of you are saying, if they accept around 2300 transfers per year (assuming this year is no different) then we’ve only seen 20% of that so far (rough estimate). That means we have a LOT more to go. Keep your hopes up! Best of luck to all of you!
If your stuff went away what is your GPA? I feel like I’m a strong candidate seems like most others whose stuff went away are as well don’t give up hope yet.
I’ll be so mad if they are not releasing any decisions tdy lol
@grapesoda me
I would advise everyone to just be patient and not overthink things. Not everyone accepted so far will be in the Facebook group now
