I got accepted 2 weeks ago and they didn’t email me at any point. I just had to constantly check my application portal.

Not at all!
She has a 4.3 weighted GPA I believe (if I’m calculating their formula right).
1210 on the SAT. She has pretty much only taken honors classes throughout school, Has taken either 4 or 5 AP classes and has taken 6 dual enrollment courses with local colleges.
Her extracurriculars are a bit unique because she and I started a nonprofit together about 3 years ago so she has probably over 1000 service hours between that and other volunteer stuff she does. She also wrote the optional essay.

@rebeccam31 Thank you for sharing. Mine has 3.96 GPA and a 26 on the ACT with 500 volunteer hours. Still waiting and holding on

Does anyone know when the next round of scholarships release and if summer term gets them?
@camachojr216 I think someone up thread said that the first round of scholarships was released Dec 1 and the second round will be released at the end of this month. I don’t know if the summer term receives scholarships. If one applied to Fall but was accepted for summer, I don’t think they’ll get any, but don’t know anything for sure.
Considering many people apply to UF, FSU and UCF, when do you think you may be offered admission to UCF if you are still under review.? Considering that FSU puts out offers in 1 week and UF puts out offers in 1 month, some students already accepted to UCF will then be declining admission, opening up offers to other students. Our daughter has been accepted at 6 other schools but really wants to go to UCF. If offers throughout the entire month of March are still common we will sit tight. SAT 1220 with GPA 3.8 unweighted. AP classes throughout HS. First semester all A’s and sent grades to the school. Has worked since she has been 15 as well as volunteering with the local congressman since then. National honor society as well as a competitive equestrian rider outside of school. Thanks.
@rdknixon , instate or OOS? When did she apply?
We are OOS but my son applied in early Sept and heard back quickly. After that, however, it seemed there was a big bottleneck as the applications flooded in (Oct/Nov/Dec) and decisions began to take much longer.

Has anyone received a “round 2” scholarship? Also, on the scholarship tab when clicked the wheel just still continues to spin without loading anything. Thoughts?
@Island60 the scholarship award I received in Dec was under the “to do” link in my ucf. Nothing has ever been under the scholarship tab for me. Try checking there.
I know they said by mid Feb. but I am curious if your son has heard anything. Still wondering if a second round scholarship might come for mine. Applied end of October and accepted first week of November. Haven’t heard of a scholarship yet.
Haven’t heard anything. They had told us to contact them if we don’t hear by February 14th
