35 students of color

Colleges usually use “students of color” to mean AA, Hispanics, Asians, and Native Americans; the term does not include internationals.

For instance, when Bowdoin says in its class profile that it has 31% students of color ([Class of 2013 Profile (Bowdoin Admissions)](http://www.bowdoin.edu/admissions/apply/2013-profile.shtml)) it will combine the percentages of these four groups (as reported in its CDS) to reach that number.

Hope that helps!
