Have to disagree with this one… that’s a surefire way to become a forgettable employee where I work. Disagree with the boss when necessary but be professional about it, and be dang sure you can backup your reason for disagreement!
I did not know how to make a latte either Sorghum. Nor do I order anything but regular old coffee on my very occasional forays into Starbucks (or I get the shaken ice tea lemonade with passion fruit tea unsweetened). I add the milk to my mug and then the coffee so the coffee does not get cold but frothing is likely not worth the trouble for me every morning.
