<p>Each year each company of Plebe Candidates compete to be Hornor Company. When the Class of 2009 came in it was 4th Company.</p>
<p>“Locked On” means you take the military aspects of the academy seriously – the the reference to OCD – Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. </p>
<p>RC – Regimental Commander Marjorie Marino was a 4th Co Drill Instructor the summer of 2005</p>
<p>“A Regcock” is someone who takes being locked on to a level that doesn’t show leadership but is simply abusive because they are upperclassmen. Basically a jerk</p>
