<p>OP, at our flagship, my kids would have entered as a junior and a second semester college sophomore, respectively. Five APs with good scores would get you a semester’s worth of credit.</p>
<p>If you need strategies on how to deal with your parents, is there another trusted adult (teacher, clergy, counselor) you can talk to? There are also online resources if that is easier. You may feel less frantic if you can find someone to talk to, even if you choose not to get your parents involved for the time being.</p>
