<p>Well, my son’s team did it. They won the State 5A Championship Football title. Plus my son hit a 47 yard field goal towards the end of the game to put the game out of reach. Final score, 24-14. He also went 43 for 43 on extra points this year.</p>
<p>Then, to top it all off, after he left to go to the game, the mail came. His APPOINTMENT OFFER arrived. The entire big butt envelope with all the forms and everything. I didn’t tell him about it until the game was over. Didn’t want him losing his focus. Anyway; one hell of a day. Later… Mike…</p>
