<p>D received her TALONS day invite the day before the Scholorship award came. She received the Charter Scholarship. (To answer an earlier question - yes, Charter’s are invited to TALONS).</p>
<p>What I didn’t read anywhere was a mention of OOS waiver. She received a similar scholarship to another University - but that Scholarship notification included a OOS waiver.</p>
<p>Does anyone know if Auburn even offers these?</p>
<p>As far as we can tell - Charter is 1/2 of regular in-state tutition, Heritage is 2/3 of regular in-state tutition.</p>
