Look through this sub forum and you find lots of posts about students who were reinstated. What did they do right? They framed their appeal letters in a way that showed they understood, apologized, and took responsibility for their actions. They gave concrete details as to how they would be successful if reinstated. They outlined a plan to be successful, which might have included plans to cut down socializing, reducing outside work hours, or resolving medical or family issues that caused them to be dismissed or put on academic suspension.
