You are correct, it is not so much that W is right or wrong. After all, even a stopped clock is correct twice a day. He is just the last example of disappointments in governing.</p>
<p>After 10+ years of controlling the Congress and holding the White House for about 18 out of the last 22 years, the Republicans have proven themselves to be completely inept at governing. The Republican party has proven, over and over again, that they can win elections; the candidates elected simply can’t govern.</p>
