<p>even though it doesn’t have acceptance rate by GPA. What’s important is where your GPA places you in your class. If you are ranked below the top decile, then your chance of getting in is extremely slim. There are applicants with GPAs in your range who get accepted, but they probably either go to a school with a very tough grading curve or are heavily hooked.</p>

<p>As you can see from the page I linked to, the chances of a valedictorian being accepted is just 19%.</p>
