<p>To accept an offer, just send an e-mail to admissions. I would think that they would care more about receiving reponses ASAP than a very fancy e-mail. Also be sure to send a nice thank you note to your interviewer. He/she were your advocate throughout this process and possibly got your name placed on the acceptance list versus the wait list or even the rejection list.</p>
<p>To deny a offer just say that you have decided to accept an offer from another school but was grateful to have received their offer of acceptance. It’s usually helpful to include the name of the school you are attending for their own record-keeping.</p>
