<p>it was a smart move because it was in fact administration who changed my adress to my BGO’s adress because my case was strange. I was reviewd with 3 friends of mine from my school and when we were all accepted, they didnt want to space the time that we get our loas so they sent it to my bgo who will give it to all of us. </p>
