<p>I think its a good rate for parents weekend. We have stayed there. Nothing fancy. Its about a 3-4 block walk, very close. The area is nice, you are in Back Bay. There is a great place about a block away for breakfast, Thorntons, on the same side as the Midtown. Its a neighborhood type restaurant, with seating inside and out.</p>
