<p>We have stayed at the Colonnade several times. It is about 4 blocks to campus and 2 blocks (in the other direction) to Copley Square. They always have a Northeastern rate, but still not cheap. Worth a call. 800-962-3030. Friends recntly stayed at the Marriott Courtyard in Cambridge for a better rate. It is a short walk to the Charles River which separates Cambridge from Boston. It is about a mile from NEU.</p>
