<p>I think the ACT reports the subscores too, but I think there was usually a place my son could list them on the app. Then the official would back it up. For some people I guess the SAT is better; mostly I hear not. My son’s reading on ACT was 36 and 760 on SAT. The 760 is fine, but the 36 looks better.</p>
<p>Glad to hear it. My family is all hoping my little sister can join me at texas A&M in '08, but she got an 1160 SAT score which is below the school’s average. She’s going to take it again, but she’s also going to try the ACT to see if she’s any better at that test.</p>
