I would enter both test scores on your application and have both copies of your score report faxed in by your high school. When it comes to sending the scores directly to colleges, I would just send the 29 to Chicago since I can’t find anything in their testing requirements saying that you have to submit all scores. Yes, Chicago will be able to see the 28 entered on your QB app, but I wouldn’t worry about that. Chicago is very holistic in their admissions.

Checking Northwestern’s College Match requirements ([College Match Program: Northwestern Requirements](QuestBridge)) I see they say if your official scores are entered on your HS transcript, you don’t have to have a score report sent directly to them. Check and see if that 28 is entered on your transcript as it would be nice to save the fee of having one sent. Also, I noticed there is a supplement for Northwestern which you have to complete and mail to Northwestern in time for them to receive it by Nov. 1st if they are one of your choices during the College Match round.

From what I’ve heard, those are two very different schools. You must really like the Chicago area!
