<p>Yeah I’m a transfer student plus I have all my G.E. finished 
Maybe they give freshmen 16 unit since you guys need to take all the extra G.E. courses. Still I don’t see why they would limit us. Most upper division courses are restricted to freshmen and sophomores - so its not like they’re saving classes from filling up. </p>
