I would email the college to get the tracking number of my packet. I tracked mine, and found the packet was only picked up on March 26. Maybe it’s just that yours hasn’t arrived at your local DHL office yet…it’s really unlikely that DHL would send the packet to the wrong person or lose it on the way if you have given the admissions a valid phone number.</p>
