<p>THANK YOU!!! I hated to assume that, but that was my hope. I didn’t know they gave out LOAs this late. Do you know if it is guaranteed to USNA or is it possibly to NAPS? I am currently a Navy reservist, but I have kept up with my course work in school and have had all the classes NAPS teaches, but I have heard they like all prior enlisted to go to NAPS anyway.
