<p>Sadly, what USMMA2009 and Oliver Drab say is true. Ive seen the quality of cadets over the past few years drop dramatically. I had a cadet not long ago, that when the Chief Mate asked him what temperature water froze, answered 45 degrees… :eek: Maybe it’ll freeze at that temperature in some parallel universe, but not on my ship… what the f***, over… 
Oh, and this was a kid that bragged to me about his 700 math and 650 critical reading SAT scores!!! Give me a break. :rolleyes:</p>
