<p>AFTER my daughter completed her preliminary application, she received the letter with the following statement. It followed instructions for accessing her online account on teh Candidate Information System:</p>
<p>“Also located on this website are the names of your USNA Regional Director, who serves as your admissions counselor, and your Blue and Gold Officer”.</p>
<p>I had assumed you already completed the preliminary application.</p>
