<p>For EA this year, I think only deferred people received an email notifying them. I believe rejected people got regular letters. BC said afterwards that “more deferrals were coming” so people wouldn’t think they’d been accepted after the initial deferrals went out, but whether that was true or not, I’m not sure.</p>
