<p>My son had a similar issue. He requested his high school to send his transcript to Pitt at the beginning of September. The guidance counselor electronically sent it to Pitt (or so she said). Ten days passed and his status still said that they were waiting for the transcript. My son then had to ask the guidance counselor to snail mail the transcript. She did and a week after sending the snail mail, his status was updated to complete - which was last week. He received his acceptance letter yesterday.</p>
