<p>To give you an idea of the admissions timeframe, USMA sent out the application packages in early August last year.</p>
<p>While I’m reluctant to tell anyone it’s too early to fill out paperwork, my personal recommendation would be to wait until your junior year grades are finalized before filling out the nomination paperwork. Check with your senators and rep, but most of the members of congress have application due dates in October or early November. Most will require recommendation letters, academic transcript and an academic recommendation form from your school.</p>
