I have a fee waiver so I never paid the enrollment fee. I do have a screenshot of when i completed the SLR. All it said was to complete it as soon as possible which I did try to do. I spoke to an admissions officer who then spoke to the person who handles the late opt in appeals who ultimately denied me once more.
