Just got accepted!!! Applied: 9/27 (app completed 10/15), heard today.

I applied to CBS as my first option and CLA as my second. I thought that if I did get rejected from CBS I would hear back in February but it is a little weird that I got accepted into my second choice already. Either way Iām very happy!

S is still waitingā¦at this rate, perhaps his semester grades will prompt them into action when they are sent out in a a week or so. His GPA and rank will definitely go up again. No response is better than a rejectionā¦
@s16s18s21s25 itās even better than you think because 2nd choices into CLA have gone out for some applicants. I mentioned to you earlier than your S is set for CLA - itās not even a question. If that hasnāt happened, it probably means he is still being considered for CSE. Again, that 35 ACT is a good stat!

@mamelot Thanks for the encouragementā¦after not getting into OSUās COE we are somewhat nervous around here for his higher ranked schools. He is getting a 4.8 or a 5.0 wgpa this fall (he is taking all APs this year and will likely have all As) so at this point I hope they wait a couple more weeks until his mid year report goes out. Congrats on your wait coming to an end!!
@vvfor3 I wonder why you didnāt get accepted into CBS. Was this only because of your GPA? Your ACT is good and you have multiple ECs.
