<p>I’m glad to see your post, Stephanie – my daughter reported last year that she was bored at the one-day event she went to in April. It was an odd phone call, since she called to simultaneously tell me that she had found it boring and left early, and to request that I send in the deposit to Barnard. But it may be that once your mind is made up, there isn’t all that much appeal in listening to presentations or Q&A sessions that are geared to winning you over.</p>
