<p>To get from Northwestern from Hyde Park using public transportation is a pain, and will take anywhere from 90 minutes- 2 hours. Depending on where you are in Hyde Park, you can probably take the Red Line and then transfer to Purple Line. There are also bus routes along Lake Shore Drive, but I personally don’t like buses very much.</p>
