<p>What I was saying is that on their website that Colgate was only reporting accepted students’ SAT, but that USNWR and other sources (princeton review, collegedata, petersons) were reporting enrolled student SATs. </p>
<p>Middlebury doesn’t seem to manipulate their SATs anymore, but in the past (because of SAT optional policy) would only report the SAT for those enrolled students who submitted SAT and so effectively ignoreed the SATs of the bottom 40-50% of their class when reporting the enrolled SAT avg.</p>
