<p>Not a math major but just wanted to chime in with a bit of encouragement – if you got in, a group of people whose business it is to find good students think you can do well. UCLA has lots of resources to support students. Use them and you’ll be fine – just the fact that you’re thinking carefully about it instead of showing up high in your pyjamas with a box of cold pizza shows you’re a thoughtful student.</p>
