I am in a similar situation. I don’t know my exact GPA, but I think it was around 4.0 weighted (the NU rep who visited my school said they add 0.5 to honors classes and 1.0 to AP’s).

I received the highest (17k) Dean’s scholarship (which to be honest I was absolutely shocked by), and I am now “in the running” for the full Trustee scholarship.

My first semester grades this year might be less than stellar. If I want a better shot at the Trustee scholarship (which is given out about April 1st), should i send them my semester grades (which will probably be lower than the GPA I applied with), or just don’t send them? I know for a fact that EA acceptees are not obligated to send the semester grades (just the end-of-year grades in June), but I don’t know whether they require them if you want the Trustee scholarship.

When I say that they could be lower, it could be a full 0.5 below my original GPA, or maybe even more. I do have more AP’s this year (4 as opposed to 2 last year), but I don’t even know if that’ll make up for the drop.
