<p>The problem is that many people below 100% of poverty don’t qualify for Medicaid now. Medicaid is mostly for kids, pregnant women and the disabled. In general young healthy men are not eligible for Medicaid now, and they will not be eligible under ACA in the states that didn’t do expansion.</p>

<p>Ummm… Facebook and Apple already do offer insurance to their employees and are nevertheless profitable, so I doubt that the next Jobs or Zuckerberg will be deterred.</p>

<p>I think Facebook and Apple offer some of the best benefits and pay in the business. We can only hope for more companies that will do the same.</p>

<p>Well, of course, - which was why I was so incredulous when I heard this talk radio guy say it.</p>
