<p>I dont mean to make things more complicated. I signed up today. I can cancel the plan I signed up for within 30 days. Then, Anthem supposedly wont let me switch.</p>

<p>I dont see Kaiser in NYC, calmom. That would be a huge plus for Kaiser.</p>

<p>SamuraiLandshark, what if you don’t get a subsidy? Does it say which other, non-exchange plans would include Cedars Sinai? The part you quoted hints that there are other off-exchange plans.</p>

<p>I hope you’re right, Samurai. That it doesn’t come down to, “Well, he had access to a plan.” I just seem to worry about the most unlikely of circumstances. That something bad will happen, that the insurance company will question paying for it, that his company did have available insurance, and before you know it we all go broke because some perky Anthem workers gave me bad info.</p>
