<p>^^^ guess it all depends on how much time they have available, the number of schools and applicants they have, the distance they cover (still thinking about that 535 miles- that is unbelievable!) </p>
<p>Our son was blessed in that we had 2 outstanding BGOs- and he/we still touch base now and again. God willing, he will invite both to commissioning week.</p>
<p>It would be fair to say it is a mixed bag, but the ones I have met left me convinced there are a lot of good folks out there doing what they can to interest the qualified and assist with the process where they can. </p>
<p>If you have a BGO that you just can’t connect with, contact the RD and see if there is any possibility that you can be reassigned. It may not be possible for any number of reasons, but it might be worth the call.</p>
