https://www2.calstate.edu/attend/degrees-certificates-credentials/Pages/impacted-degrees.aspx shows that Bakersfield and Stanislaus are not impacted at the campus level or for any major except nursing. So if you meet the minimum CSU requirements and apply to any major besides nursing, you should be admitted to these campuses.
Los Angeles and Sacramento are impacted campuses with all or some majors impacted as well, so higher eligibility index than the minimum is needed. Unfortunately, these campuses do not publish past thresholds like some other campuses (e.g. Northridge and San Jose) do.
