I married a baseball fanatic, so I didn’t have much choice; I became a fan. We’ve got season tickets to the Red Sox and Fenway is my favorite park. I saw two no-hitters there. (Clay Buchholtz and Derek Lowe). Other parks I’ve visited: Chicago (Wrigley Field and when I was young, I went with my cousins to Comiskey Park.); NY (Yankee Stadium–the evil empire–we took the whole family recently to see it before it was demolished); St. Louis (went to the last game of the '04 World Series–don’t understand why they built a brand new park next door–the old one seemed fine??); Baltimore (Camden Yards–liked it, but it was huge.); Cincinnati and Detroit (neither was memorable); Cleveland (We were there 3 years ago. It was nearly empty. We got tons of freebie gifts like towels and umbrellas and best of all–the food in the club section was FREE!!) I’ve also been to see the Lowell Spinners (a Red Sox farm team) in Lowell, MA and City of Palms Park (in Ft. Myers for Red Sox spring training).

Used to be big Braves fans when sons were younger. S2 watched practically ever game on TV (and the Braves are on a lot). He would lay in bed listening to the late games on the radio. Funny, he cares nothing about baseball now.
My sister lives in Atlanta so we’ve been to lots of games in both Atlanta-Fulton Cty. Stadium (saw one there the last season before it was torn down) and Turner Field (saw one there in it’s inaugural season). Have also seen the Devil Rays play at Tropicana Field.
